Our wedding will be entirely hosted at China Peak Mountain Resort in Lakeshore, CA just 60 miles north of Fresno. Though it’s a ski lodge in the winter, the summer reveals a beautiful backdrop for rosy weddings. Imagine a rustic and romantic affair in the shade of the lakeside pines! Both the ceremony and reception will take place in fully outdoor spaces. Weather is expected to be in the 80s with a cool breeze.

Plenty of parking is available just outside the hotel. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the event start time for the shuttle service to take you to the ceremony site. Shuttle service will also take guests back to the reception site for cocktail hour.
Venue
If you’d like to stay the night, there are are plenty of accommodations available for guests at the ski lodge hotel. Explore the 48 rooms and suites on property here. Overnight wedding guests will receive 10% off for a 1 night stay or 20% off for 2 nights. Hotel reservations for August may not be open yet, but a code for booking will be provided when formal invitations are sent out and RSVPs are collected.
For more comfortable provisions, short-term rentals are also available around the Shaver and Huntington Lake area. We recommend exploring sites like Airbnb and Vrbo.
